What will you be doing?

  • Prepare detailed technical analysis based on functional specifications;
  • Develop software according to the programming rules in place at DSI and based on previously prepared technical analysis documents;
  • Create unit test plans and execute unit tests for projects managed by or involving the team;
  • Prepare system test plans and execute system tests for projects managed by or involving the team;
  • Produce various documentation in accordance with the methodologies in place at DSI;
  • Coordinate the work of less experienced resources involved in projects managed by the team.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Strong knowledge of COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL;
  • Technical expertise with at least 5 years of programming experience;
  • Specific functional knowledge in the Financial Markets sector (preferably in the Investment Funds business) and experience in this business area;
  • Preferably familiar with: CMMI, LEAN IT, Microfocus, Cobol Studio, QualityCenter;
  • Excellent communication skills.
