- Apply critical updates to Windows Servers.
- Monitor and resolve Fortinet firewall concerns.
- Monitor and resolve network stability concerns.
- Veeam backup procedures.
- Basic understanding of Cisco, Huawei, and Ubiquity routers and switches.
- Cisco, Fortinet, and Ubiquity wireless controller knowledge / experience.
- SDWAN (specifically Velocloud) familiarity.
- Strong English skills.
