Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Economics, Management or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRO area;
- Previous experience in optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, funnel and behavior analysis and content optimization;
- Experience working with Google Analytics and Tag Manager;
- Previous contact with behavior analysis tools (Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity);
- Good understanding of optimization tools (Adobe Target);
- Experience with Marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud);
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism.
