Descrição/Funções: Functions: - Responsibility for managing phone contacts with customers; - Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty; - Advising customers on all client services and offers. Requisitos: Requirements: - Basic knowledge or experience in a call center; - German native; - English medium level (B2); - Strong communication skills; - Strong attention to the customer.
