Customer Service (m/f) - German Speaker | Energy Sector

Our client is a global multinational customer experience specialist providing consulting, customer service, sales, technical support and collections services through their extensive network of contact centers and remote agents. Main responsibilities: - Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers. - Managing pending situations: exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues. What we are looking for: - Fluency in German, level C1/C2 (Eliminatory); - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; - Good computer skills from the user's perspective (Mandatory); - Ability to organize and prioritize; - Ability to work flexibly to business needs and under pressure; - Availability to collect work equipment at the office in Porto or Braga.
