What You’ll Do:
- Establish regular communications with customers in order to understand their needs to help shape the product roadmap
- Understand how customers use our products and make recommendations on how they can realize additional value by using our products
- Develop customer advocates
- Lead the Industry User Groups that include regular meetings with customers from world leading companies in Semiconductors, Medical Devices, Electronics and Discrete Manufacturing
- Conduct and follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys
- Follow-up and drive to resolution issues that cause customer dissatisfaction
- Participate in Industry Consortiums to define standards
- Participate in the company Marketing Industry Groups
- Be a product evangelist that actively presents, promotes, and markets new product modules and features to customers and internal stakeholders
What You Must Have:
- More than 2 years of professional experience with Enterprise level software (e.g.: CRM, ERP, PLM, Document Management)
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering topics
- Ability to take the initiative with little supervision and to cope with a fast-changing environment, with moving targets and changing priorities
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver concise and clear presentations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and discuss both business and product concepts
- Excellent English skills – spoken and written
What We Consider a Plus (Not Mandatory):
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Prior experience with manufacturing software
