Your Responsibilities: Resolving all doubts and difficult situations for customers, providing all necessary assistance related to the Products and Services; Effectively identify and resolve client's issues, Be the first line of contact for the users, answer their questions and provide information about their services Escalate critical customer well-being issues as well as any issue beyond the scope. To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluency in Polish (must be at least C1) Communicative level of English ( at least B2) You live in Lisbon Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What you will gain: Base salary : 1030€ gross per month Access to discounted accommodation The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one) Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
