Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) - English

We are recruiting a Customer Support Specialists (m/f) to join our client's operation in Porto. Main responsibility: You are going to be responsible for providing clarifications regarding the platform during the process of selling and buying their cars. Workplace: Home-based Note: you may be asked to go to the office in punctual situations; the office is located in Porto. Schedule: from Tuesday to Saturday between 9 am - 6 pm Our client is a British company that provides innovative solutions for clients in the process of buying and selling cars through an online platform. What do you need to have? * Fluent in English at a written and spoken level; * Previous experience in the automobile industry; * Experienced in managing clients and processes; * You are experienced in using MS Office programs - especially Outlook, Word, and Excel; * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with buyers and sellers; * Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels * Availability to work in a temporary job from September to November.
