Responsible for providing customer support for cybersecurity testing services. Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient handling of inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

 

 

Deliver exceptional customer support for cybersecurity testing services;
Develop and refine customer support strategies;
Standardize processes for efficient handling of customer inquiries and issues;
Manage ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of customer issues;
Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement;

 


requisitos/requirements

Experience of supporting technology-based products in a
Technical Support context
Providing customer support.
Execute customer support strategy.
Resolve customer inquiries and manage ticketing systems.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to derive insights.
Track and control back-office processes.
Support management in evaluating customer support performance.
Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas simply.
Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Process management experience in digital service environments.
Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
Customer support experience, especially in digital channels.
Experience managing digital service demand.
Previous experience in demanding or tech startup environments.
High School or Vocational Education
