Cybersecurity Operations Lead

To support their growth, they are looking to hire a Cybersecurity Operations Lead (m/f). This role involves overseeing the cybersecurity event and incident management processes, as well as vulnerability management. You will be responsible for managing the information security event analysis process, overseeing the security incident management and vulnerability management processes. Ensure that these processes align with information security standards and best practices, such as ISO 27001. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (such as the NIS Directive), regularly reporting on the status of incident and vulnerability management programs, suggesting necessary improvements, and defining the strategy for the evolution of services in line with risk environments and trends in cybersecurity technology. Key competencies required for this role include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in communicating with both technical and executive audiences, strong leadership abilities, and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. You should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or in similar roles, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Experience with security technologies such as SIEM (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, Splunk), vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys), Threat Intelligence platforms (e.g., MISP), and log management systems (e.g., Splunk) is required.
