What will you be doing?

• Fostering data-driven development by identifying tendencies in real-time data, validating the website performance and communicating insights on a cross-product level so that stakeholders can make informed business decisions;
• Having an active role in the Product teams and contribute in preparing data storytelling for different/involved stakeholders;
• Defining analytics requirements for Data Engineers to build a reliable data model for reporting purposes;
• Validating analytics implementation against tracking concept;
• Gathering cross-product data to derive insights on user behaviour and customer journeys;
• Creating dashboards, visualisations and reporting KPIs to the product teams and stakeholders;
• Analysing data, identifying discrepancies and derive potential next actions and hypotheses for optimisation together with Customer Insights Analyst and other Digital Analysts;
• Fostering product experimentation by promoting experiments, consulting the team on their implementation and providing insights and recommendations based on their results;
• Guaranteeing to be constantly aligned with the overall Customer Journey and maintaining the KPIs/Insights documentation up to date;
• Defining and implementing business KPIs for the teams, in close alignment with the stakeholders.
   

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• 3+ years of experience working with data analytics and digital marketing;
• Professional experience with data & analytics tool chain such as Google Analytics, Databricks and PowerBI;
• Proficiency in SQL, with high preference for Python/Pyspark;
• Experience understanding business goals and converting them into data collection requirements / specifications;
• Know how to handle and transform data, analyse data, validate data and visualize data to reveal value-adding insights;
• Concepts of customer journey optimisation, funnel-/ conversion optimisation and A/B testing;
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 minimum);
• Residence in Portugal - Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (mandatory).
