What you'll be doing:

• Responding to questions, queries, and requests (service requests) from users about the platform and its tools 
• Assistance to users in the execution of complex tasks and operations 
• Identification, analysis and correction of reported or proactively identified errors 
• Diagnosis of reported incidents. Participation in working groups, whenever requested 
• Ensure all the necessary tests to the solution found to solve the identified problems 
• Monitoring  of tests to be carried out by users of the platform, whenever applicable 
• Investigation of frequent incidents to identify the cause of them and propose solutions that solve the problem definitively 
• Build and maintain a common knowledge base (e.g. known bugs, debugging techniques, issue resolution) 
• Activities of exploration and monitoring of the platform, pipelines and data products. 

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience with Python 
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases - setting up, loading, manipulating and extracting complex data 
• ELT/ETL experience with tools with that purpose 
• Hands-on with Git tools for code management 
• Experience with AWS
• Strong communication skills and presentation of their work 
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English 
• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar. 

What will be a plus:

• Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) 
• Solid knowledge of Power BI
• Experience in consuming and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with Azure cloud tools.
