About The Job
YellowIpe is recruiting a Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer!
Required Competences:
- MSc degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
- Demonstrated solid mathematical foundations and statistical consultancy, business sense, being able to quickly understand the use cases we are working on.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with data engineering, modeling and business analysis.
- Good comunication skills.
Preferential Competencies:
- Experience with Information Retrieval and LLMs.
- Knowledge in Sentence Transformers, FastAPI.
- Knowledge in technologies such as Opensearch.
- Knowledge of cloud tools such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
Location Requirements
Remote - Candidates must reside in Portugal
