DBA Oracle - Taguspark (híbrido)

Stefanini is hiring Oracle DBAs to join one of our clients, operating within the financial / banking business sector.

• Project duration: long-term;
• Work model: hybrid from Taguspark

A professional Database Administrator (DBA) will keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7. The goal is to provide a seamless flow of information throughout the company, considering both backend data structure and frontend accessibility for end-users.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user's specialized role;
• Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views;
• Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner;
• Produce standards and processes development for Database infrastructure services worldwide;
• Provide world class operational services to support and maintain the back office related services;
• Support IT strategy by supporting new and existing services;
• Participate in the implementation of new services;
• Support new product deployments with installation, integration, testing, documentation, and training;
• Assist in implementation of plans that enhance technical operation, compliance with rules and regulations, and permit the deployment of new technology and support them;
• Plan, coordinate and implement security measures against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure;
• Recommend solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities;

Role Requirements:

• Portuguese fluency;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience acting as an Oracle DBA;
• Experience with Oracle Linux and Red Hat;
• Experience with Linux and Unix environments;
• Availability to work on-call;

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Solaris, HP-UX and AIX;
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware;
• Experience with IBM WebSphere;
• Experience with Oracle Data Guard solutions;
• Experience with administration and automation of RMAN backup routines;
• Experience with using EXP and DATA PUMP technology to do the schema/table/database refreshments;
• Experience in administration of Oracle Single, RAC, Standby/Dataguard and ASM environments;
• Experience Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) monitoring tool;
