We're currently on the lookout for an exceptional Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the primary Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to execute projects and programs of work, coordinating customer deliveries with resource coordinators and other internal technical resources.
  • Produce reports for Customer Success Portfolios and contribute to executive-level program reporting.
  • Manage service issues within customer organizations, collaborating closely with technical teams to support reactive cases.
  • Liaise with Product Groups for managing and tracking Design Change Requests and reporting.
  • Handle contract consumption and forecasting, providing regular reports.
  • Monitor overall contract KPIs, providing insights and reporting to ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and manage foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals, focusing on quality solution delivery and health.
  • Gather information on business and IT objectives to identify customer priorities and map them to appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in the above fields.
  • 1+ year(s) of relevant work within the customer industry.
  • Microsoft or competitor certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, or portfolio management.
