What You'll Do:

Source Code Management:
Proficient in Git for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
Implement and enforce best practices for code repositories.

Scripting and Automation:
Strong programming skills in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
Automate deployment and infrastructure provisioning processes.

Operating Systems:
Experience working with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.

Cloud Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Azure cloud services and resources.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services is a plus.
Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.

CI/CD:
Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
Ensure efficient and reliable delivery of applications through automated testing and deployment processes.

Web Application Development:
Experience in developing and deploying web applications within a cloud environment.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD practices into the application development lifecycle.


Containerization:
Proficient in containerization technologies, such as Docker.
Deploy and manage applications using container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Cybersecurity:
Implement security best practices in the CI/CD pipeline.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant infrastructure.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Git, Python, and scripting for automation.
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
In-depth knowledge of Azure; AWS experience is a plus.
Expertise in CI/CD processes and tools.
Application development experience, particularly in web applications.
Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
