Oferta: For an important company in the telecommunications sector, located in the area of Porto, we are hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Specialist (M/F). The following tasks need to be carried out: Funções: - Providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails); - You will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team; - You will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner; - You will communicate in Dutch every day; - You will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team. Requisitos: - Ability to generate empathy in written form; - Good communication skills; - Customer orientation and troubleshooting; - Good computer user skills (mandatory); - Ability to manage time and meet goals; - Relocation Included. Horário: Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, on a rotating schedule, from Monday to Sunday, with the breaks provided by law. Qualificações: - Secundary. Línguas: - Advanced spoken and written Dutch skills, C1 level (Mandatory); - Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory). Eurofirms Trabalho Temporário Lda.
