Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop solutions in CRM Dynamics on premises - design solutions that satisfy the intended needs (requirements) and that comply with: the organization's business rules; business regulatory rules; the functional architecture rules existing in the organization;
- Monitor the business and implementation components in the clarification of application rules;
- Implement and parameterize business workflow rules in CRM Dynamics 365, focusing on the use of out-of-the-box features;
- Change or create custom coded components;
- Change customizations;
- Change or create 365 integration components with the company's main products Microsoft (e.g., Office, Exchange, Communicator, SharePoint, Lync) and others systems such as CISCO's CTI.

Requirements:
- Proven technical and functional mastery of CRM Dynamics, preferably on premises;
- Experience in .NET, C# and JavaScript programming languages;
- General knowledge of information systems (architecture and organizational design);
- Mastery of the Microsoft SQL Server 2016 database;
- Fluent Portuguese and English.
