About The Job
YellowIpe is recruiting Engagement Manager for direct integration into an international company.
Requirements:
Your day-to-day job:
Responsible for communication and customer relations
Scope definition and management;
Backlog construction by translating business requirements into User Stories.
Align and manage customer expectations.
Project Management (Budget, calendar, risks).
Management and motivation of project teams
Main requirements
Mandatory:
Degree in Management, Business Management, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum experience of 3 years in surveying, analyzing and documenting OutSystems-oriented business requirements and processes;
Minimum 3 years of functional experience in Web or Mobile environments;
Proven experience in projects based on Agile methodologies;
Ease of communication and relationships;
Comfortable and confident in decision-making and negotiation at project level
High sense of responsibility and rigor in carrying out tasks
Excellent analytical skills and critical spirit.
Proficiency in the English language (mandatory).
Location Requirements:
Remote - Candidates must reside in Portugal
