Oferta: For an important company in the banking sector, located in the area of Porto, we are hiring an English Speaking Customer Specialist (M/F). The following tasks need to be carried out: Funções: - Support customers who report unrecognised activity on their account; - Investigate disputes related to fraudulent activities; - Review transactions, using tools such as retool and sift, to detect patterns related to fraudulent activities; - Gather evidence from customers in order to raise comprehensive chargebacks in Mastercom; - Evaluate documentation to determine the validity of the customer claims; - Defend acquiring chargebacks. Requisitos: - Fraud and payments experience and an understanding of issues relating to both acquiring and issuing fraud; - Understanding of card transactions; - Excellent customer support skills; - Demonstrate strong investigative and analytical skills; - The ability to be able to make quick decisions on disputes with customers; - Must be able to use critical thinking when investigating a case; - At least one year experience in working in customer service. Horário: Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, on a rotating schedule, from Monday to Sunday, with the breaks provided by law. Qualificações: - Secundary education.
