Job Role:

• Development of hardware controllers, ethernet switches and soft processors in FPGA, for embedded devices;
• Participate in the complete development cycle, including design, implementation and testing;
• Be part of an R&D team working in a collaborative, informal and dynamic environment.

Must have:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science (or similar);4+ years of experience in a similar job
• Experience with VHDL (Verilog will be a plus)
• Experience with Xilinx or Altera tools and platforms (Quartus, Vivado)
• Experience with HW/SW integration
• Experience implementing high bandwidth/low latency memory interfaces
• Hardware/System architectural design
• Teamwork oriented;
• Self-organized and results oriented;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Passion for learning.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge with Network and Ethernet implementation/integration in FPGA, including Ethernet switching.
• Knowledge in implementing/integrating standard communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, LVDS, PCIe, etc.)
• Knowledge in C to Hardware conversion
• Experience integrating IP from third parties (OpenCores, proprietary/licensed, etc.)
• C/C++ programming knowledge
• Agile development process
• Version Control Systems (SVN, GIT)

• Living in Portugal - Oeiras
• Hybrid - 2x week
