This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, Education, or a related field;
• Proven experience in facilitating meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions in corporate settings;
• Experience in managing group dynamics and promoting effective communication and decision-making;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, particularly in how it supports collaboration tools and platforms that may be used during facilitation sessions such as Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, or other related technologies;
• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide discussions, encourage participation, manage conflicts, and help teams achieve consensus;
• Ability to organize and plan sessions effectively, including setting agendas, timing, and ensuring all necessary materials and technologies are in place;
• Demonstrated ability to lead groups, inspire participation, and drive productivity during sessions;
• Basic project management skills to coordinate and oversee multiple facilitation sessions and follow up on action items;
• Fluency in English.
