Kelly Services is recruiting a Field Service Engineer (M/F) for our client Siemens Healthineers, located in Amadora. Join a dynamic team as Field Service Engineer, for the product lines Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance. Your tasks and responsibilities * You are responsible for analysing and solving malfunctions on Siemens CT and MR systems, together with clinical customers specialists. * You participate in a global team of experts that can support you together with our internal knowledge database to carry out diagnoses independently on the system location. * You will be based on your analysis you create an action plan and evaluate if and what spare parts are needed. * You will be working autonomously, you track measures, share knowledge, and escalate issues. * You will attend training courses and technical seminars in the PT and abroad is required. Your qualifications and experience: * You bring, minimum of an HNC or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, IT or a related discipline is needed * Experience in repairing the full range of Siemens CT and MR modality products will be a plus * ITskills, includingan in-depthunderstanding & supportof: DICOM & associatedtroubleshooting, SRS, MicrosoftOfficeandNetworkinginfrastructure as well as current CS ITtechnologies. * An understanding of clinical modality applications and workflow * Demonstrableexperienceofimagequalitytestingandproblemresolution * A working knowledge of fault analysis and resolution * Knowledge of material logistics, spare part tracking and escalation * Knowledge of internal commercial processes and customer service offerings * Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskillswiththeability to dealwithstaffandcustomersatalllevels. * Technical report writing skills * Strong communication skills * Ability to work effectively under pressure and develop positive customer relationships * Analyze, plan, report and take action on technical issues Your attributes and skills: * With your great communication skills, you are a valuable team member and help maintaining a good relationship to our technical engineers and customers. * As a team player with passion for your work you contribute to our goals. * Support customers, document problems, easily communicate internally with your colleagues and participate in trainings. * You are comfortable with working on several topics in parallel, prioritizing your workload and always keeping customer satisfaction firmly in focus. * Fluent Portuguese speaking and writing.
