Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, English Speaking candidates for a role of Fleet Accounting in Oeiras. Descrição/Funções: Key Areas of Responsibility: Accounts Receivable • Booking fleet invoices ensuring correct coding • Customer’s accounts reconciliation • Prepare and analyze aging report • Collect from customers • Apply customer´s receipts Accounts Payable • Booking fleet invoices ensuring correct coding • Supplier’s accounts reconciliation • Prepare and analyze aging report • Prepare and apply payments to suppliers • Validation of the fleet invoices • Preparation of the fleet financing and send them to the Bank Requisitos: Key skills: • Minimum of completed High School; • Good written and verbal communication skills; • High language skills: English B2; • Eager to learn, and a great comunicator!
