Join our team as a skilled French Language Guru, helping our clients on their way to financial freedom. We provide customer support by phone, e-mail and chat ensure high quality and satisfaction for our clients. Funções: - You will be providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails); - You will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team; - You will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner; - You will communicate in french every day; - You will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team work in our office in the beautiful city of Porto. Requisitos: - Ability to generate empathy in written form; - Good communication skills; - Customer orientation and troubleshooting; - Good computer user skills (mandatory); - Ability to manage time and meet goals. Horário: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with the necessary breaks provided by law. Qualificações: - Secundary education.
