This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- Proven experience as a Frontend Tech Lead, with a background in React or Angular;
- Strong leadership skills with recent experience leading development teams;
- Expertise in frontend development, focusing on building scalable, high-performance web applications;
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Ability to guide the team in technical decisions, ensuring quality and performance of the code;
- Experience working in an Agile environment;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon.
