The Role

You'll be a key member of our dynamic and collaborative team, contributing directly to the architecture, design, and implementation of our platform.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, from designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient code to collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and functionalities. You'll have the autonomy to make technical decisions, propose innovative solutions, and drive the evolution of our product.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in:

• Developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our software platform.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implementing best practices in software development, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Taking ownership of projects, from conception to delivery, and iterating based on user feedback and market demands.
• Addressing performance and usability issues.
• Dealing and processing big volumes of textual data in a safe and secure manner.
• Over the coming years, we’ll look to build up a team around you

 

Qualifications 

• Solid Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in two or more of the following technologies: PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Vue.js), Python, Elasticsearch, relational databases (SQL), and the Azure ecosystem. Proficiency in both backend and frontend development is essential, showcasing the ability to navigate and contribute effectively to both domains.
• AI Interest: Demonstrated interest and familiarity with AI products (especifically NLP) and development will be highly valued. A curiosity and willingness to explore advancements in AI technology within the legal industry is a significant advantage.
• Security Focus: Proven track record and knowledge of developing secure applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential. The capacity to collaborate effectively, articulate ideas clearly, and engage in constructive discussions is pivotal to our collaborative work environment.
• Ownership Mentality: A demonstrated history of taking ownership of codebases, from writing to deployment and iteration. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive and responsible approach to their work, taking pride in the quality and impact of their contributions. If you’re a builder, this is for you!
