Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Experience in gathering, analysing and documenting requirements and business processes within the scope of IT projects; * Contact with agile methodologies; * Willingness to exceed expectations, both your own and those set by the team; * Ability to innovate and evolve in a constantly changing market. Profile: * Higher education in the areas of Information Systems, Management or areas relevant to the role (preferred); * At least 2 years' experience as a Functional Analyst; * Knowledge of the banking sector (valued); * Experience in testing (valued); * Autonomy, proactivity and focus; * Versatility; * Ability to analyse and organise; * Good ability to relate to people (and not just technologies, languages and platforms), team spirit and good humour; * Extraordinary skills and the desire to acquire more; * Good knowledge of English.
