Position: Functional Analyst

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English.

 

What You’ll Do:

You’ll study market trends, technological innovations, and competitors, analyze business needs, create requirements, and propose solutions. You’ll also design, plan, and execute functional tests, support implementation and post-implementation, assist end-users with issue resolution and improvements, and proactively monitor, prioritize, investigate, and document continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Profile:

• A degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Information Technologies.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA.

 

Behavioral Profile:

• Strong analytical thinking and adaptability to complex technological environments.
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders, and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and a passion for teamwork.
• Focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
• Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to solve problems independently.
