Functional Analyst (Banking Sector)

Stefanini is hiring Lisbon-based Functional Analysts experienced in the banking sector to participate in core banking migration projects.

 

Project duration: 5 to 6 months.

Work model:  hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site in Lisbon.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business requirements for core bank migration projects;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements;
• Designing and implementing solutions to meet business needs;
• Providing support and training to end-users;

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in requirements’ analysis (mandatory);
• Previous experience in core banking migration processes (nice-to-have);
• Experience with Oracle Flexcube or similar banking software (nice-to-have);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Knowledge of banking industry regulations and best practices;
• Portuguese and English fluency (mandatory);
