We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

  • Provide front-line support and serve as the primary contact for clients and internal technical teams;
  • Log and manage incidents, requests, and problems with accurate information, ensuring timely resolution;
  • Perform first-level technical troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed to higher support tiers;
  • Deliver regular updates to clients on incident progress and resolutions;
  • Support internal teams during new product releases and contribute to process improvement in monitoring and alerting;
  • Work in alternating shifts, including on-call duties and occasional weekend or night interventions;

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in both French and English (near-native level);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Willingness and ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of various technologies and products;
  • Relevant academic background (minimum of 3 years);
  • Previous experience in similar roles or functions;
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ITIL best practices;
  • Experience with AS400 systems;
  • Banking knowledge and understanding of stock markets (nice to have).
