Location: Lisbon - Portugal Monday to Friday (Hybrid) 08:00 - 17:00 If you are proficient in German (min. C1) and also have a good English level, then we have a great opportunity for you! Role Description This is a full-time role for a German support specialist with emphasis on providing support services to clients in Germany. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be required to communicate in German via phone, email, and chat, and document customer interactions and feedback.
