We are looking for a Global Web Publisher (english speaker) for a client in the financial area in Matosinhos. What will you do? Collaborate with work stream leads and global subject matter experts to ensure all site content meets legal requirements and brand standards, including accessibility, accuracy, readability and voice. Coordinate content translation, including an editorial review of translated materials and facilitation of a translations council. Publish site content in a consistent and timely manner that meets stakeholder needs. Inventory site content and partner with workstream leads on when to keep, update or archive content. Manage an editorial calendar to track HR events and employee requirements. What you'll need to succeed? Associate degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Communications Service Spirit Team Spirit Spirit of Progress Editorial experience, including using Microsoft Word, or equivalent, for tracking changes and commenting on documents. Familiarity with the administrative functions of a Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Effective oral and written communication Basic use of Microsoft Excel, or equivalent, for content inventory and editorial calendar Fluent in English (another language is a +) What we have to offer you?
