Job Description:

We are looking for a professional to define and document application promotion standards, manage deployments, and automate software compilation and distribution throughout the lifecycle (DES-CER-QLY-PRD). Responsibilities include promoting releases from testing to production, verifying the system post-deployment, overseeing roll-outs, and ensuring the stability of development environments. The role also involves installing applications on proprietary servers and supporting installations on third-party servers.

Must-Have:

• Expertise in Software Change and Configuration Management and software lifecycle management
• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, from initial development to maintenance and operation
• Proficiency in Cobol programming, JavaScript, JCL, Perl, Clist, and Rexx
• Ability to apply creative solutions to complex automation problems
• Expertise in solving technical problems with compilation tools
• Capability to understand and resolve software issues and hardware configuration problems
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
• Knowledge with IT best practice standards such as ITIL, ISO20000, COBIT and CMMI
