Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the vision, strategy, and implementation of the academy's training programs. Ensure alignment with the company's overall business goals and performance objectives.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and update training curricula in line with the guidance from the business teams. Ensure that training programs are comprehensive, have the required quality, are up-to-date, and cater to the skills required by the Crossjoin Business Units.
  • Success Management: Implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the academy, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the Crossjoin Academy students, together with technical staff and help these in developing coaching skills. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments within the company, such as HR, and business units, to understand their training needs and align the academy's offerings accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Manage the academy's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of return on investment.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. Implement e-learning platforms, virtual training tools, and other tech-based learning solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of training programs. Implement standards and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry experts to enhance the academy's offerings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on the academy’s progress to senior management. Use data analytics to make informed decisions about future training directions and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • +9 years of professional experience in IT Field;
  • Experience in leadership and coordination of complex and multitech projects;
  • Strong IT consultant skills and experience as an international IT consultant;
  • Strong Experience in People Mentoring and development;
  • Be able to work on-site in our Office in Almada;
  • Good level of English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

  • Pedagogical Competence Certificate;
  • Good level of Spanish (spoken and written).
