Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Training Programs;
• Provide leadership and guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment;
• Offer coaching and mentorship to help new hires transition smoothly into their roles as Crossjoin engineers;
• Conduct regular feedback sessions to assess trainee progress and identify areas for improvement;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
• Continuously improve training methodologies and materials based on trainee feedback and industry best practices;
• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training period.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Extensive experience in performance engineering or a related IT field.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools used in performance engineering.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Good level of spoken and written English (minimum B2).
