The team is responsible for proposing and delivering embedded applications to OEMs. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of software development, architecture, and management.

Description

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software architects and developers.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and develop embedded applications for OEMs.

- Work closely with the Quality Manager to secure the best-in-class quality of software products.

- Foster close collaboration with OEM engineering teams to align development efforts.

- Define software development strategies, standards, and best practices.

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

- Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements and translate them into software solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

 

Profile

- Programming Languages: General Familiarity with languages commonly used in automotive software development and backend systems, such as C#, Java, Javacript/Typescript and Python

- Embedded Systems: Understanding of embedded software development

- Backend Services: Understanding of building and hosting backend services

- Deep understanding of software development, architecture, and best practices.
