Role Overview:

Neotalent is looking for a HRIS Lead with experience to join one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries – offices in Lisbon (hybrid).

What you will do:

You will be part of the HCM Department and as a HRIS Lead you will collaborate closely with the product owner to:

• Oversee the BAU activities from AGS India (6 people), make sure processes are followed, tickets are managed in time & quality, report activity to PO, etc.
• Manage directly L3 ticket or small projects/Non standard Request with entities
• Analyse releases and product features to provide proposal for enhancements and added value to Group HR & Entities.

What you are like:

• At least 3 years of experience with similar roles;
• Experience with HRIS;
•  Expertise on LiL, SkillSoft, authoring tools, other LMS or LXP is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
