Currently, we are seeking an exceptional AS400 Developer who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Translate the business requirements into functional specifications which include system design elements and detailed test plans for the proposed solution; 

- Developments, design, coding and testing of technical solutions that meet the business needs and match the specifications;

- Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts;                                                                

- Manage change requests related to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are maintained;                                                                   

- Provide effective and informative progress evaluations in terms of outstanding milestones, current status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies;                                                               

- Assist in realization of project deadlines and schedules;                                                              

- Communicate effectively and facilitate team interaction.

 

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with IBM i (AS/400) operating system;
- Expertise in RPG IV (both fixed and free format) and CL programming, including DSPF (display files);
- Good knowledge of SQL, particularly in a DB2 environment;
- Fluent level of English.
