We are hiring: join Randstad as a IMAC and CMDB Coordinator.

descrição da função/job description

• IMAC Responsibilities: Manage and execute IMAC processes, ensuring efficient installation, movement, addition, and changes of network equipment and configurations.
• CMDB Responsibilities: Strong understanding and experience in maintaining and updating the Configuration Management Database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information about the network infrastructure.
• Coordination of all tasks related to quotation, ordering, delivery and configurations of devices on the Meraki platform.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

requisitos/requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work effectively within a team.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with networking tools and technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization and cloud computing solutions;
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
