What are you going to do?

• Managing high critical issue with all involved vendor and internal customer teams;
• Promote a collaborative and mission focus mentality across all team;
• Identify and suggest improvement to existing process and flows;
• Support DevOps teams;
• Identify risks and dependencies and Technical Debt Reduction Processes
• Guarantee the Overall stability of the system.

 

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Incident Management for production Environment;
• Experience with operations 2L & 3L (e.g., troubleshooting and payload analysis);
• Previous experience with PL/SQL;
• Ticket management (SPOC);
• Standby 24h x 7d (might happen);
• Ability to suggest improvements;
• Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
• Fluency in English.
