Incident Manager

Here you will work in the development of high-tech systems integration services in areas such as digital transformation and network automation for different sectors of activity, but in particular for telecommunications.

We are looking for a Incident Manager to work on this remote or hybrid project in Lisbon or Porto.

As a part of your job, you will:

- Incident Management for Production Environment;
- Root cause analysis;
- Debug and log analysis;
- Monitoring tools for alerts analysis;
- Identify risks and dependencies;
- Identify Technical Debt Reduction Processes;
- Suggest improvements;
- Follow-up of improvements;
- Support DevOps teams;
- Guarantees deployments success;
- Impact analysis of changes/enhancements;
- Operational Model Blueprint review;
- Compliant with SLAs, SLIs, SLOs;
- Standby 24h x 7d (will happen);
- Will lead Incidents, post mortems and washup meetings.

What are we looking for?

- Great communication skills;
- Ticket management (SPOC);
- Tickets triage and ticket forwarding.

Personal traits:

- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
