What are you going to do?
- Manage and resolve incidents in a timely manner;
- Use ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking incidents;
- Analyze logs to identify issues and trends;
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders;
- Improve and optimize incident management processes;
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken forms;
- Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow as a ticketing and incident management tool;
- Solid understanding and hands-on knowledge of log analysis techniques;
- Familiarity with THEIA, which would be considered an additional advantage;
- A strong aptitude for solving problems efficiently and effectively;
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and constructive collaboration;
- Capability to perform well under pressure and manage challenging situations with composure.
