We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What are you going to do?
- Manage and resolve incidents end-to-end, ensuring minimal impact and meeting client commitments;
- Create and track incident tickets to maintain a clear chronology and enable detailed analysis;
- Organize and lead status meetings with stakeholders, providing clear updates and action plans;
- Escalate critical incidents to Service Delivery Managers when necessary and facilitate crisis management;
- Continuously improve processes by identifying recurring issues, enhancing the knowledge base, and driving service optimization;
- Ensure high-quality client communication and satisfaction through effective incident reporting and engagement;
What are we looking for?
- Strong understanding of information systems and IT production environments;
- Knowledge of the banking and payments sector (ideally);
- Proficiency in using ServiceNow for incident tracking and management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage incidents effectively and identify trends;
- Ability to collaborate across technical, business, and client teams to ensure smooth incident resolution;
- Experience in handling high-pressure situations with composure and delivering solutions promptly;
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement to enhance incident management practices;
- Proficient in both English and French (minimum B2 level), with strong communication skills.
