Overview:
Safeguards organizational systems and data by implementing and managing security measures and protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct security assessments and audits.
- Implement and monitor security tools and measures.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Develop and enforce security policies and training.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and threats.
Requirements:
- Experience with security tools (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, antivirus).
- Knowledge of standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST.
- Familiarity with penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
