Infrastructure Project Manager (short term project)

Stefanini is hiring an English-speaking Infrastructure Project Manager for a 3-month project (October – December 2024).

This is a full remote role for one of our clients operating within the industrial business sector.

Responsibilities

• Create management, communication plans and processes.
• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.
• Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.
• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.

Technical Project Manager Requirements:

• Experience managing different projects simultaneously.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
• Past experience experience with Infrastructure consolidating projects.
• Solid experience and knowledge on Active Directory.
• Experience and knowledge of hardware and software installation, upgrades, site maintenance, development..
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• Familiarity with software development methodology, hardware configurations, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
