Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to
Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes
(e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working /
processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are
looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take

Airbus Beyond is a subsidiary of Airbus created with the sole purpose of guiding people and organisations beyond their current boundaries, setting new standards for aerospace. We empower aerospace professionals with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to thrive in the industry - embracing new challenges, fostering innovation and equipping their teams for change.
And we are now looking for our future Instructional Designer, who will be in charge of producing digital learning projects, such as e-learnings, video courses and other audiovisual assets. As part of the Airbus Beyond Studio, you will help translate the pedagogical needs of our clients into engaging
digital experiences, by applying creativity to design effective learning content.
To help us gain a comprehensive understanding of your skills and experiences, we kindly request that you submit your portfolio along with your application.

Main tasks:
● Design engaging and visually appealing content, applying creativity to digital assets and using them to develop effective learning experiences.
● Develop various types of instructional content, including video, animation, interactive activities, written materials and infographics,
● Develop digital assets for social media, external and internal campaigns, presentations and other graphic deliveries under the direction of the creative lead.
● Work closely with our studio’s copywriters and account managers on a day to day basis.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure accurate content.
● Consider the end-users' experience in interacting with digital interfaces, creating experiences that cater to the needs and preferences of learners.
● Correctly apply Airbus and Airbus Beyond branding, following brand guidelines.


requisitos/requirements
● 2+ years of experience as instructional or digital designer required (L&D studio, digital communication agency, design studio, etc.)
● Experience working with Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline)
● Experience working with Adobe Premiere & After Effects
● Experience working with Adobe CS basics (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
● Experience working with Powerpoint and Google Slides
● Basic knowledge in generative AI and prompt engineering
● Proficient in UI/UX principles, with focus on usability and accessibility
● Ability to design storyboards as well as finely executed user interfaces
● Illustration, data visualisation, photography and/or any other creative fields are a plus
● Interest of the aerospace ecosystem is a plus
● English is mandatory and any other language is a plus
