Mission:

As an Integrations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration and functioning of our medical AI systems in hospital environments. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient care and streamlining medical workflows through efficient deployment and reliable technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the installation and implementation of new installs and upgrades of medical AI systems in hospital environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Provide comprehensive support during the post go-live phase, addressing any technical issues and optimizing system performance to meet user requirements.
  • Support technical deployment and support for server hardware and storage systems, ensuring stability and scalability.
  • Configure and deploy virtual servers, enabling efficient utilization of resources and enhancing system flexibility.
  • Troubleshoot production environments to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring continuous system availability and minimizing downtime.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with networks and communication protocols within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and communication protocols, specifically DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine).
  • Proficiency in working with Operating Systems like Windows and Linux, ensuring seamless system integration and administration.
  • Proficiency in Python, enabling efficient automation and scripting tasks.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge in supporting PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) or other medical systems such as HER (Electronic Health Records), RIS (Radiology Information Systems), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive), and more.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Proxmox, KVM, and VirtualBox, streamlining system management and resource allocation.
  • Understanding of Hospital and Radiology workflows, facilitating efficient system customization and workflow optimization.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
