Internal Risk Control Specialist (M/F) - Lisbon

Kelly Services is recruiting an Internal Risk Control Specialist (M/F) for our client Siemens Healthineers, located in Lisbon. Your job - challenging and future oriented: * Support and be the principal contact for the zone head and functional experts of businesses and corporate departments under your area of responsibility; * Comply with PCMB applicability analysis, assessments, identification, and remediation of deficiencies; * Optimization of control designs to maintain a risk oriented effective system; * Manage the annual control evaluation activities and coordinate with internal and external auditors; * Support and monitoring the ERM. Initiation and facilitation of risk identification and assessment processes; * Support Governance Officer and Signature Authorization Manager; * Act as a digitalization ambassador and focus on data analytics, automation of controls and identification/development of digitalization opportunities; * Support on management and alignment of work methodology to the zone process and maintaining continuous improvement; * Provide first level support for R/IC stakeholders. Your qualifications and experience: * University degree in the field of economics, general management, or a comparable discipline; * A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within Siemens, Big4 or similar ideally in the following areas: Audit, Risk and Internal Control, Accounting or Operations; * Experience in process and tools digitalization is a plus; * Good understanding of business process management, including lean methods and implementation of agile improvement practices; * Good knowledge of MS Office 365 applications for analyses and reports (Excel, Power BI, PowerAutomate, PowerApp, …); * Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in one of other Southern European languages is a plus (Italian, Spanish or Greek); * Strong communication skills.
