- Degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in support for users;
- Knowledge of the collaborative tools of the Microsoft 365 suiteM;
- Production of educational resources using the Office suite;
- Knowledge of video content creation (video, audio);
- Good English level (mandatory);
- Good French level (mandatory).
